Doors open apx. 1 PM and are locked when session begins. New Lic. make sure you know your Social Security number as you are filling out Federal forms. Upgrading make sure you bring a copy of your current Lic. that we can send in with the rest of your paper work. Test fee is $15. cash or check made out to the ARRL.
