The Tri-Cities Amateur Radio Club will participate in Field Day again this year from our site at the Columbia Park Marina in Richland. The best time to visit our Field Day activities would be from 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 25 to about 5 p.m. You will find participants trying to make as many contacts as possible. We will have a station for visitors who have not been on the air for a long time and for people who want to try ham radio under the supervision of a licensed ham. This event is part contest, part public relations effort, and an opportunity to show that we can get on the air quickly at a place where we don't normally operate. Please feel free to drop in and say hello if you are a ham or if you are looking for people to talk with who can show you how to do that.
