Ham radio testing will be held in Kennewick WA on Nov. 17 at 1 PM. This is in person, no computers, testing only. If new to testing you must go to the FCC web site and apply for and bring with you a FRN number which must be used on your paper work. Upgrading, you must bring a copy of your current license that we must file with the rest of your paperwork and have your FRN number with you. Test fee is $15.00 cash of check made out to the ARRL.
