It's TCARC meeting time again!! Dust off your 2 meter rigs! We are going to do things differently due to the Covid-19 virus. The Tri-Cities Amateur Radio Club meeting is not going to happen at the Red Cross Office on the 4th of MAY. It is being replace with a 2 meter social net and meeting at the same 7PM time but using the 146.64 W7AZ repeater. The repeater uses a NEGATIVE offset and a TONE of 100 htz.
There will be a short business meeting followed by a social net. During the net, you will be able to share what you have been doing with Ham Radio recently. It might have been a great DX QSO, Meteor Scatter contacts, you're studying for an upgrade or you got some new equipment working.
You do not need to be a member of the Tri-City Amateur Radio Club to participate. New Hams are encouraged to participate. - Richard Bogert KI7OOM
This this month we will have the pleasure of hearing from Dean Koons the Electrical Field Supervisor for the State of Washington. The program this month will be focused mainly around answering what ever electrical questions you may have as it pertains to ham radio, grounding, or really anything electrically related. I am asking that every member and anyone interested in ham radio please clear you schedule and have some questions in mind so that we can have an informative and educational program. Thank You
