If you plan to participate in Field Day on June 27th and 28th, come prepared at our June 1st meeting to sign up for a two-hour shift during the Field Day weekend. Field Day operating runs from 1800 UTC (1100 PDT) Saturday to 2059 UTC (1359 PDT) Sunday.

Set up will likely begin at 0600 PDT Saturday and tear down will have to end by 1700 PDT Sunday.

Signing up does not mean you have to sit and operate a rig for two hours. You could help with the morning set-up, the Sunday afternoon tear-down, greeting the public and conversing about amateur radio, preparing some of the food, or sharing the camaraderie of the club.
