Most people don't want to go to a website just to see what is new, if anything. That was always a problem with the old static-based websites.

Subscriptions allow the user to be notified, via email, of new content in the areas that interest them. By default, TCRCM members are automatically subscribed to the President's Corner, Meeting Minutes and Special Announcements. It is the way we keep members informed of important club business.

Registered users can subscribe on their own to other content. Virtually every piece of content has a "Subscribe" link at the bottom of it. Click that to subscribe to that one piece of content.

If you wish to subscribe to major categories of content, such as a particular forum subject, that is done starting from "My Account" menu item on the left User menu (under your login name). Bring up this page, then click on the subscriptions button.

The most useful area is under Categories. There you see all the forum and Info topics, Buy-Sell-Trade, pretty much everything in categories. Check the boxes you wish notifications on. BE SURE TO HIT THE SAVE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AFTER SETTING THE CHECK MARKS!!!!
